Ringlock scaffolding is a new modular scaffolding system with disc locking connection. Mainly made of high-strength Q355B and Q235 steel with hot-dip galvanized surface. It features rigid joint, high bearing capacity, excellent overall stability, fast assembly and disassembly. Widely used in high-rise buildings, bridge engineering, tunnel construction, large venues and heavy-load formwork support projects.
Ringlock scaffolding, also known as disk lock scaffolding, is a modern modular scaffolding system widely adopted in global construction industries. Different from traditional coupler type scaffolding, it adopts integrated circular disc and self-locking wedge pin connection structure. Each vertical pole is welded with standard discs at 500mm intervals, which can connect horizontal bars, diagonal bars and other accessories from eight directions, forming an integral rigid frame structure with stable force transmission and strong anti-torsion performance. This advanced connection method effectively avoids loose joints and sliding risks caused by manual operation errors, greatly improving the overall safety of the scaffolding system.
The main vertical poles are manufactured from high-strength Q355B steel pipe with outer diameter 48.3mm or 60mm and wall thickness 3.25mm. Horizontal bars, diagonal bars and connecting discs adopt Q235 steel. All components are processed by professional hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with thick and uniform zinc layer, outstanding rust and corrosion resistance, long service life and neat surface. The whole set of products follows unified modular design. Vertical poles have standard specifications from 200mm to 3000mm, and horizontal poles cover 300mm to 1800mm according to 300mm modulus, which can be freely combined to adapt to various building structures, complex terrains and special-shaped construction sites.
Equipped with adjustable base jack and U-head jack, the scaffolding can flexibly adjust height and balance the frame body on uneven ground. With high single-pole bearing capacity, it is suitable for high-load formwork support, high-rise exterior wall operation frame, full hall support and large-span temporary platforms. The self-locking wedge pin will be tightened automatically under gravity, so the joints stay firm during long-term use. The assembly and disassembly speed is more than three times faster than traditional coupler scaffolding, which greatly saves labor costs and shortens construction period.
Our ringlock scaffolding strictly complies with JGJ/T231-2021, EN 12811 and relevant international safety standards. Every component undergoes strict raw material inspection, welding quality test, mechanical performance test and load-bearing test before delivery. The complete product series includes vertical poles, horizontal bars, diagonal braces, connecting discs, base jacks, top jacks, steel planks, guardrails and toe boards to form a full set of safe working systems. Adopting standard export packaging with steel strapping and waterproof wrapping, the products are well protected during long-distance sea and land transportation. With reliable quality, high safety performance and comprehensive cost advantages, our ringlock scaffolding has become the preferred choice for large construction contractors, engineering groups and scaffolding rental companies worldwide.
