Galvanized seamless steel pipe is made from high-quality hot rolled seamless steel pipe as raw substrate, then treated by strict hot-dip galvanizing process at high temperature. The whole pipe surface forms a thick, uniform and adherent zinc protective layer, which effectively isolates air, moisture and corrosive medium. Different from welded galvanized pipe, it retains the integral seamless structure, without any weld seam, ensuring outstanding mechanical strength, high pressure bearing capacity and zero leakage risk in long-term service.
We adopt multiple raw material grades including 20#, 45#, Q345B seamless steel pipe base material. All raw seamless pipes comply with GB/T8163, ASTM A106 and ASTM A53 standards. After pickling, fluxing, high temperature hot galvanizing and passivation treatment, the zinc coating reaches 80–200g/㎡ with smooth and bright surface, no missing plating, no zinc tumor and no peeling. The inner wall is clean and smooth, reducing fluid transmission resistance, ideal for water, gas and medium transportation.
The outer diameter ranges from 21mm to 630mm, wall thickness from 3mm to 80mm. Standard lengths are 6m, 9m and 12m, and customized cutting lengths are available. Pipe ends can be plain end, bevelled end or threaded end for installation and connection.
